The 1-0 away defeat to Wuhan Three Towns will not have sat easily with the Qingdao Hainiu squad, who would not have been pleased to squander all three points.  During that encounter they had 43% possession and had 8 attempts on goal with 5 on target, while their opponents hit 10 of their 20 shots on goal.

The Nantong Zhiyun squad will be suffering from a feeling of disappointment after falling to a 3-2 home defeat against Changchun Yatai, which saw them drop all three points and come away from the game empty-handed.  In that game they had 65% possession and managed 10 attempts on goal, with 4 on target, compared to Changchun Yatai who had 8 attempts and 3 on target.
